HX 7-Axis Blue Laser Scanner

Core Feature:

Key Feature: Blue Light Scanning Technology
This is the most distinctive feature of this device, mainly used to replace traditional contact probes for surface scanning. Without powder spraying, it can directly conduct high-precision scanning on highly reflective and dark-colored materials. The scanning speed is fast: it can quickly collect dense point cloud data and generate high-precision three-dimensional models.
Application Scenarios: It is highly suitable for the detection and reverse engineering of complex curved surfaces such as automotive body panels, aerospace blades, and mold surfaces.
Unlimited Rotation: The design of the 7th axis allows the probe or scanning gun to rotate infinitely, eliminating the risk of cable entanglement and enabling access to deep holes and inner walls of the workpiece that 6-axis equipment cannot reach.
Flexible Switching: The device supports the random switching of probes. According to the task requirements, mechanical hard probes, electronic trigger probes, floating probes, pipe laser forks, or blue laser scanning heads can be quickly replaced without re-calibration, greatly improving work efficiency.

HX Pipe Laser Fork

HX Pipe Laser Fork

Core Feature:

Diagonal intersecting laser: The laser fork measuring probe uses a non-contact laser beam that intersects diagonally. When the pipe piece passes through the "U"-shaped opening of the laser fork, the laser positioning collects data without requiring physical contact with the surface of the pipe piece.
Avoid deformation: For soft pipes or thin-walled pipe pieces, contact measurement is prone to causing deformation of the pipe piece and resulting errors. The laser fork perfectly solves this problem.
Measurement range: It can typically measure pipe pieces with diameters ranging from 1mm to 200mm.
Wide space coverage: The HX series joint arm range covers 2.0 meters to 6.0 meters, meaning it can easily measure long and complex large pipe systems in construction machinery without moving the workpiece.

CNA 7-Axis Blue Laser Scanner

Core Feature:

Infinite Rotation: The 7th axis allows the probe or scanner to rotate infinitely, completely eliminating the hassle of tangled cables.
Deep Hole and Inner Wall Detection: Compared to 6-axis equipment, the 7-axis design can easily reach the deep holes, inner walls, and recessed surfaces of the workpiece, achieving 360° non-stop measurement.
Blue Light Scanning Technology: No powder spraying, efficient scanning
No powder spraying: This is its greatest technical advantage. Using blue laser technology, it can directly scan high-gloss surfaces (such as polished metals) and black materials (such as carbon fiber, black rubber) without spraying imaging agents on the workpiece surface, and achieve high-precision scanning.
Quick Point Cloud Acquisition: The scanning speed is fast, capable of instantly capturing millions of data points, generating high-density point cloud data, and perfectly restoring the three-dimensional geometry of the workpiece.
